My path into this work started on the sidelines. During my Kinesiology degree at Wilfrid Laurier University, I worked with varsity sports teams as an athletic therapy student — and that’s where I knew this was it.
I completed my Athletic Therapy degree at Sheridan College, where I had the opportunity to work with professional teams, including the Toronto Rock and Toronto Arrows. I later completed a Massage Therapy diploma at the Ontario College of Health and Technology, wanting to build on my manual skills and be able to help a broader range of patients, not just athletes.
My treatment style is hands-on and manual therapy-focused, drawing on muscle release techniques and cupping to address the source of the problem, paired with a personalized exercise program for lasting results.
Off the clock, you’ll find me walking my dog, horseback riding, or at Pilates.
